Planning your wedding is the most fun you will have in your life. It is a joyful time, filled with love and excitement. We are here to help you navigate this time with ease.
What is included in your rental fee?
Our rental fee includes the use of the Estate from 10 am in the morning until 11PM – The bridal suite, the groom room, the terrace and patio for reception, the tiki for the cocktail hour and the gazebo for the ceremony.
The fee also includes the ceremonial chairs and 2 staff members that will ensure restrooms stay clean during your event, plus a police officer.
The billiard room can be rented as well at an additional fee.
Can we bring our own vendors?
We accept outside vendors upon management approval. All vendors must have a valid license and insurance. Only fully licensed and insured caterers may be used at Via Bella Estate. The caterer must provide a Liquor License and Certificate of Insurance.
Do we need to hire valet parking?
Because Via Bella is a 10 acre Estate, we have multiple entrances, gates and doors into the different areas, guests tend to wander or enter the main house (where the bride is getting ready); Valet parking is mandatory for groups over 45 ppl because it ensures guests enter through the Ceremony Garden entrance.
Do we need event insurance?
Clients must provide Special Event Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 Million dollars.

Can we smoke at the venue?
VIA BELLA is a SMOKE-FREE FACILITY. With prior approval a smoking area can be provided but no butts or debris from smokers can be thrown on the property. Absolutely no smoking indoors, this includes vapes and cigars.
Can I use the ceremonial chairs provided for the reception?
Via Bella provides ceremonial chairs for the gazebo area at no additional cost. These are white resin padded folding chairs. Set up and breakdown will be done by Via Bella’s onsite personnel. We do not allow the use of these chairs for any other area or for the reception.
Your venue is outdoors, what happens if it rains?
It is Florida after all! The venue has a few spots where people can find shelter if the occasional sprinkler surprise us with a short (few minutes) visit. But if it is over 40% chances of rain, we recommend renting a tent for parties bigger than 75 ppl.
What happens if there is a Hurricane or any other natural causes that prevent us from having our wedding on that date?
If a Hurricane warning is issued and we are in the mandatory evacuation area, the venue will be closed. Your wedding will have to be rescheduled for a different date.
